Lerderderg State Park Hike - 2015

I had been a bit slow in starting my hiking for the 2015/16 season and with things at work promising to heat up (along with the weather) in December I was really interested in heading out for a overnight somewhere. The Melbourne Cup quickly approached and offered a prime opportunity to sneak away but to where? A resent accident meant I was holding a cracked rib which ruled out anything too adventurist.
